Spring

I haven’t been doing much reading over the last week or two. I’ve been a little distracted by spring. So have others in my family.

Older Daughter got this kite in an Upward drawing back in first grade, but only lately has she remembered it — just in time for April breezes.

I do have some thoughts I’d like to share, but I’m not going to have a chance today. In addition to the general joy of sun, we’ve been busy with horse activities in preparation for upcoming 4-H evaluations, and today is no exception. After we finish our schoolwork we’ll be observing a farrier at work. So my ruminations will have to wait till another day.
