Trailside minstrel
This morning I saw a bird that’s entirely new to me. It was alongside the trail where the girls and I went for a jog/bike ride. I think this little guy is an American redstart. I’m glad he held still so I could get a good look.

That is a wonderful name for such a brave-looking little bird. Glory to God for all the birds….they are a great gift to us earthbound ones.
